The watch in the teaser has a gold color casing around the display along with the gold color strap. You can also see two buttons on the side that should be used for navigations such as the home button and the app screen. It is worth mentioning that even though the design is inspired by Apple, the company has not used the crown. If you look at the teaser image closely, you will notice an addition of holes between the two buttons.

Oppo Watch runs a customized version of the Oppo ColorOS mask that is created for smartwatches and is based on Wear OS. Interestingly, Oppo Watch is only compatible with Android phones, but it is currently working to add support for the iOS ecosystem.
Oppo Watch works with the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2500 SoC, but there is also an Apollo coprocessor. The device changes from the Qualcomm chip to the Apollo chip when it needs to save energy.
